How to Return Your Order

1. Contact Us: Email support@heyalvra.com within 100 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval & Return Address: Our support team will confirm your return and provide the correct return address.

3. Prepare Your Return: Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.

4. Send the Return: Once approved, ship the item to the return address within 5 working days and provide us with the tracking number.

5. Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
